Tamer Kıran Attended the TOBB Trade Centers Target Market USA Summit
Chairman of the Board of the Turkish Chamber of Shipping, Tamer Kıran, attended the “Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye(TOBB) Trade Centers – Target Market USA Summit” held in Ankara on Tuesday, November 11, 2025.
The Summit, hosted by TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu and attended by Minister of Trade Ömer Bolat, reviewed the activities and objectives of the TOBB Trade Centers in the United States, established in cooperation with TOBB and the Ministry of Trade, as well as potential new steps to be taken in bilateral trade with the United States.
Following the speeches, companies that successfully exported to the U.S. by utilizing TOBB Trade Centers were awarded.
Within the framework of the Summit, Tamer Kıran and Deputy Minister of Trade Ö. Volkan Ağar delivered speeches at the opening of the panels titled “Türkiye–U.S. Commercial Relations and Business Environment in the U.S.” and “U.S. Market Dynamics, Services, and Technology Export Potential.”
