The Bodrum Boat Show Boat, Boat Equipment, and Accessories Expo, organized for the first time this year by our Turkish Chamber of Shipping in cooperation with Muğla Metropolitan Municipality and with the support of Bodrum Municipality and MUTTAŞ Maritime Inc., was officially launched on Wednesday, October 15, 2025.

The ceremony was attended by Deputy Governor of Muğla Mehmet Eriş, General Manager of Shipyards and Coastal Structures at the Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure (MTI) Salih Tan, District Governor of Bodrum Ali Sırmalı, Secretary General of Muğla Metropolitan Municipality Tayfun Yılmaz, Mayor of Bodrum Tamer Mandalinci, our Chairman of the Board of our Chamber Tamer Kıran, Chairman of our Assembly Başaran Bayrak, members of our Board of Directors, Chairmen and Presidents of our Branch Boards and Assemblies, Assembly Members, representatives of the maritime sector, as well as numerous national and international guests.

After the opening speeches, Tamer Kıran and the protocol delegation toured the expo area.

Before the ceremony, Tamer Kıran hosted the Ambassador of the Republic of Türkiye to Podgorica, Barış Kalkavan, and the Consul General of India in Istanbul, Mijito Vinito, at our Chamber’s stand.

The expo, featuring domestic boat manufacturers, distributors of global brands in Türkiye, brokers, charter companies, and equipment and accessory firms, as well as leading companies from the maritime sector, will remain open until Sunday, October 19.
