ECSA, ICS and ASF Have United to Condemn Proposed Amendments on a New EU Ship Recycling Regulation
European Community Shipowners’ Associations (ECSA), International Chamber of Shipping (ICS) and Asian Shipowners’ Forum (ASF) have united to condemn proposed amendments on a new EU Ship Recycling Regulation which were voted and rejected by the European Parliament on 18 April 2013.
