The Notice of the Kocaeli  Harbour Master informs that due to the İzmit Bay Bridge construction works, entering to following described areas should be avoided  from 28 June  untill 07 July 2015 ;

Point B- 40⁰  44'  36'' N                        29⁰ 30' 33'' E

Point C- 40⁰  46'   02'' N                       29⁰  30'  47'' E

Point D- 40⁰ 45'   59'' N                        29⁰ 30' 31'' E

Point O- 40⁰ 44' 04''  N                          29⁰ 30' 34'' E

Buoy R3 (red) 40⁰ 45' 24.48'' N           29⁰ 31' 22.44'' E

Buoy R2 (red) 40⁰ 45' 26.46'' N           29⁰ 30' 44.88'' E

Buoy G3(green)40⁰ 45' 0.54'' N          29⁰ 31' 13.32'' E

Buoy G2(green) 40⁰ 45' 4.32'' N        29⁰ 30' 37.02'' E

All the vessels sailing in the area of  longitudes between 029⁰  30' E  and  029⁰  32'  E should maintain continuously VHF Watch on Channel 16 and 12 . The notification of closures will be at short notice and all the vessels and sea crafts sailing in the local traffic should observe the warnings and cautions to be issued by the Vessel Traffic Center and Stations concerned in order not to endanger the sailing of sea crafts in the region and the safety of life, goods and environment.
